- Once at least 50% payment has been completed, the sketching phase will begin. 2 free revisions will be given, and watermarked sketches will be sent for approval.
- Once approved, we move to rendering. At this point, no refund is to be given, and changes are only to be made if a mistake is made on my part.
- I will send occasional approvals during coloring/rendering.
- Each commission could take anywhere from a couple of days up to one month to complete, starting from the sketching phase.
- I have the right to refuse/deny any commission.Refunds- Full Refunds are only available before the sketch has been finished
Once the sketch is complete, 50% of the total price may be refunded, given that progress isn’t near completion.
- If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a full refund will be given regardless of progress.
- The total turnaround time for commissions is 30 days. After 30 days of agreement if the commission has not been finished, then you are owed a full refundPayment- You can choose to pay 100% upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch. I will not continue working until at least 50% has been paid
- All payments are USD only.
- Some (at least 1) form of reference is required.
- All prices start at the base price and may increase due to complexity.
- Pose changes are only allowed during the sketching phase. You are allowed up to 2 free changes afterwards, and major changes (e.g. changing outfit, hair, etc.) afterwards could result in an additional charge.
- Detailed background price increase based on art size, ranging from $15-30. All art comes with a standard simple backgrounds for free.
- additional characters are priced at half of what the original price size is.Use- All commissioned artwork is for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I, as the artist, retain full copyright to the commissioned artwork, as well as the ability to display it in portfolios, social media, and other means unless otherwise agreed upon.
- If you have commissioned a copyrighted character, then you may ONLY use the commission for personal use and NEVER for commercial use.
All commissioned pieces are NOT ALLOWED to be used for NFTs or fed into any AI art programsCommunication- Clients are expected to respond as soon as possible during the sketching phase to avoid delays

Rush orders (24-48 hr guaranteed delivery) are priced at price and a half for inconvenience, though less likely to be accepted.
